This Machine Passed 58 “Cruel Exams” Before Shipping to You

SYNTRIX 58-Point FAT: We Keep the Trouble, You Get the Peace of Mind

FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) is more than just a set of data—it is SYNTRIX’s ultimate commitment to delivery quality. We have established an acceptance framework covering 58 core indicators. By simulating extreme operational loads, we ensure that every machine shipped overseas truly achieves “plug-and-play” status.

Why Are We So Hard on Ourselves?

Peers often ask me: “If the machine turns on and runs, isn’t that enough? Why go through the hassle of a 58-point checklist?”

In our assembly shop, every machine has a blue “medical chart” attached. Every item requires a signature from an engineer. Once, a machine bound for Europe hit a snag at Item 47: “High-Load Stability.” The cooling fan was just 2 decibels louder than the standard.

You could barely hear it. Someone suggested, “It doesn’t affect the performance. The client’s factory is noisy anyway—they’ll never know. Just ship it.”

Our Quality Lead shook his head. “That extra 2 decibels today could be a worn bearing in three months and a breakdown in a year. If we take the easy way out now, how much will the client lose when their line stops in another country?”

We opened up the finished packaging and re-tuned it. This is our philosophy: we’d rather struggle in our own workshop than let a client worry a thousand miles away. From the torque of a single bolt to the stress-test of the software, all 58 points are non-negotiable. We know that “good equipment” is built on the details where we refuse to compromise.
