The following terms (“these Terms of Service”) govern your use of this Website and your purchase of large equipment from SYNTRIX SYSTEM (“we” or “us”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable laws.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Products and Specifications

• Images, dimensions, and technical parameters on the Website are for reference only. The actual product and contractual documents shall prevail.

• We reserve the right to modify models, configurations, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Quotations and Orders

• Online quotations are valid for 7 days. A formal offer is only constituted upon our written confirmation.

• Once an order is accepted, the buyer cannot cancel or change it without our written consent and compensation for incurred costs.

4. Price and Payment

• Prices are in HKD and exclude site unloading, hoisting, secondary handling, and special foundation works.

• The buyer must pay a 30% deposit within 5 days of contract signing; the remaining 70% balance must be paid in full before shipment.

• Late payments incur default interest at 2% per month.

5. Delivery and Risk

• Delivery terms are “FCA Hong Kong”; risk transfers to the buyer when the equipment is loaded onto the transport vehicle.

• If unloading is impossible due to the buyer’s site unpreparedness, resulting storage and re-delivery costs shall be borne by the buyer.

6. Installation and Acceptance

• We provide one free basic debugging service. The buyer must ensure power supply, foundation, and hoisting access at the site meet technical requirements.

• Acceptance must be completed within 7 days after delivery. Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance.

7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

• The entire machine is warranted for 12 months from acceptance or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.

• During the warranty period, we are liable only for material or manufacturing defects.
  Exclusions include wear-and-tear parts, human-caused damage, and force majeure.

• In no event shall our cumulative liability exceed 50% of the total contract price.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, technical documents, and CAD drawings on this Website are the copyright of the Company.
Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer

• This Website is provided “as is”. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information.

• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by network failures, hacker attacks, or force majeure events.

10. Links and Third Parties

This Website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or policies.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for users who violate these terms, place malicious orders, or engage in illegal activities.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by Hong Kong law.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration in Hong Kong.

13. Language

These Terms are written in Traditional Chinese and English.
In case of discrepancies, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
