Last Wednesday, deep into the night while everyone was asleep, our technical lead, Mr. Zhang, was jolted awake by a frantic phone call. It was a long-time client on the other end, his voice raspy with stress.

“Mr. Zhang, the main line has stopped! The engraving head is vibrating like crazy, and the parts are coming out with rough, jagged edges. We have a massive shipment due tomorrow morning—if we miss it, the late fees will ruin us!”
